100% Pinot Noir grapes grown organically/biodynamically in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, known for its vibrant red fruit, earthy, floral notes, minimal intervention (no added sulphur, no pumping, often whole cluster), resulting in a pure, energetic expression of Pinot Noir. 

The nose is intensely floral and fragrant, opening with notes of rosehip, organic red cherries, and wild strawberries, often accompanied by herbal undertones of mint or eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine is characterized by a silky texture and bright acidity. It balances savory elements like earthy tea and dark mineral spice with crunchy, juicy red fruit flavors, finishing with a lean, mineral tension and occasionally a touch of blood orange.
