This low-intervention red wine is a pure varietal bottling of sciaccarellu grown on the unique limestone plateau of Bonifacio in southern Corsica. Christian and Nadine Zuria manage the small estate using organic and biodynamic viticulture methods to emphasize fruit-forward aromas. The hand-harvested grapes undergo a spontaneous native yeast fermentation inside stainless steel tanks, completely avoiding wood casks. This disciplined process focuses on capturing natural varietal freshness and regional character over heavy extraction or cellar manipulation.

It displays a translucent ruby hue, releasing expressive aromas of fresh cherry, wild raspberry, and a touch of white pepper. A light-bodied, supple frame pairs crunchy red berry fruit with subtle nuances of wild aromatic herbs. Soft, delicate tannins provide an understated grip that structures the fluid mouthfeel without feeling heavy. A clean wave of coastal acidity runs through the center, keeping the palate refreshed. It concludes with a dry, clean, and slightly persistent finish.
