This dry white wine is a pure varietal bottling of chenin blanc produced by Terra Vita Vinum in Anjou. The fruit is hand-harvested from biodynamically managed vineyards rooted in the region's hallmark schist and quartz soils. Spontaneous fermentation relies on native vineyard wild yeasts in neutral wooden foudres, avoiding modern mechanical adjustments or chemical corrections. The liquid matures on its fine fermentation lees for several months to encourage natural structural harmony and subtle texture prior to bottling.

It pours a bright straw-yellow color, releasing clean aromatics of fresh yellow apple, quince, and chamomile blossoms. A sleek, medium-bodied frame balances crisp orchard fruit flavors with an underlying chiseled mineral spine. A lively wave of natural acidity cuts right through the waxy texture, maintaining great freshness and an athletic energy. Subtle notes of dried garden herbs and a distinct salinity add depth across the clean mouthfeel. It finishes long, dry, and persistent.
