Paolo Cianferoni and his family farm some beautiful old Sangiovese vines in Radda in Chianti, one of the most beautiful areas in the world and one of the highest quality production zones in all of Tuscany. All of the farming is organic, the winemaking is super traditional, and the finished wines are soulful and highly sought after. Mimma is a selection of the estate's best Sangiovese. Soaring aromatics and bright acids lend palpable energy to the red Sangiovese fruit. Cedar, tobacco, incense and leather develop in the glass, adding further shades of nuance. Azienda Agricola Caparsa is a family-run winery located in Radda in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. Run by Paolo Cianferoni and his family since 1982, the estate is celebrated for its traditional, organic wines, primarily based on the Sangiovese grape. Cianferoni's approach is rooted in old-school Tuscan winemaking, with an organic, low-intervention style that highlights the high-altitude, mineral-rich soils of Radda.
