Influenced by the Iberian system, Moncayo and other mountain ranges, Valdejalón coutns with vineyards between 450 and 1030 meters high refreshed by the Cierzo wind, as well as a great variety of soils and some very old plots of Garnacha, Macabeo and other local varieties. Rainfall is scant, ranging from 200 to 500 l/m² per year. The prevailing wind is called the “Cierzo”, which blows for several days a year. Temperatures in spring and autumn are gentle and agreeable, ranging from 5 to 25º C. Winter temperatures are between -5 and 10º C, while summer temperatures range from 20 to 40º C. More than 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Vibrant, sweet fruit, oozing with white pepper and very much at ease with itself, this wine
expresses purity and completeness throughout. It is a well-structured wine, with a lively texture and fresh, elegant acidity. Intensely complex and silky. Lime green in colour, with
aromas of jasmine, grapefruit, and mineral notes.
