The Domaine André et Mireille Tissot Crémant du Jura Blanc de Noirs is a captivating sparkling wine that expresses the unique terroir of the Jura region. In the glass, it displays a delicate salmon-pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of red berries, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, intertwined with subtle notes of brioche, toasted almond, and a hint of earthy minerality. The palate is dry and refreshing, with a creamy mousse and vibrant acidity. Flavors of red currant, cranberry, and a touch of citrus zest dance across the tongue, leading to a long and satisfying finish. This is a Crémant that showcases the elegance and complexity of Pinot Noir and Poulsard grapes, with a focus on purity of fruit and a profound sense of place. It's a delightful alternative to Champagne, offering excellent value and a distinctive Jura character.

Stéphane Tissot and his wife Bénédicte have 35 hectares of vineyards “cultivated in bio-dynamic viticulture (certified by Demeter) to allow the soils to live, to have grapes untouched by chemical products, to allow natural yeast fermentations, to reduce the doses of sulfur in the cellar.”

They produce truly unique, terroir-driven natural wines, wines we love, admire, and cherish. These are without doubt some of our most prized wines.

André and Mireille Tissot founded their estate in 1962, in the village of Montigny-les-Arsures, in the Jura. Stéphane took over from his father with a new vision and converted it to chemical-free farming, organic and then biodynamic. They are meticulous in their farming and in the cellar, producing up to 28 unique cuvees.

A wine made with love and passion produces an emotion...
You can find in a wine the personality and the character of those who made it because each gesture, each operation, each decision has its importance.
