The Quintodecimo Exultet Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2024 is a profound and age-worthy single-vineyard Fiano, exhibiting both richness and piercing precision. It presents a luminous straw-yellow color and an intense bouquet of sweet smoke, lemon sorbet, linden, and aromatic herbs, underpinned by a stony minerality. The palate is silky yet energetic, with a vibrant, high acidity framing a concentrated core of green apple, exotic fruit, and savory nuances, leading to an exceptionally long, complex finish. Vinification utilizes a dual approach to build its textural complexity and longevity. Approximately 70% of the must is fermented in stainless steel vats** to maintain freshness and purity, while the remaining 30% is fermented in new French oak barrels** for added richness.
