The Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine exhibiting a lively, juicy palate with notes of white peach, green apple, honeydew, kiwi, and elderflower, all structured by a refreshing acidity and elegant minerality that drives to a dry finish. It is crafted in Northern Italy from a blend of sustainably farmed Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer grapes from Friuli, which are fully fermented into a base wine before the alcohol is gently removed to 0.0% ABV using a proprietary, low-intervention dealcoholization process, with the final product containing no added sugar or artificial ingredients.
