Gramina was first made in 2017, and production is around 5,500 numbered bottles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt pours a pale lemon-gold, opening with lemon, white peach, and crushed volcanic stone. On the palate, the medium-to-full-bodied frame balances ripe citrus with a creamy texture from the long lees aging. A saline, flinty note sits underneath. A taut, electric line of acidity runs through the center.
