The name comes from the Greek myth of Alcyone, who was turned into a halcyon bird. Only about 3,600 bottles were made.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt pours a bright golden straw, opening with flint, crushed stone, and ripe stone fruit. On the palate, the full-bodied frame balances rich texture with intense volcanic minerality. Lime peel and a subtle caramel note sit underneath. Santorini's piercing acidity runs through the center.
