That timeline is what turns a normally pale, neutral grape into the deep amber, tannic wine in this bottle. The 1L format is Radikon's own choice of bottle size, distinct from both a standard 750 and a half-bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt displays a deep amber-orange color, opening with dried apricot, orange peel, and a resinous, tea-like note that comes with extended oxidative handling. On the palate, the medium-bodied frame carries real grip, with skin-derived tannin giving the wine a structure closer to a light red than a typical white. Acidity runs underneath and keeps the wine from feeling flat despite years in barrel. Savory, nutty notes layer in through the middle.
