It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt pours a bright, deep salmon-pink, opening with wild strawberry, red currant, and blood orange. On the palate, the light-bodied frame balances tart red fruit with a subtle, savory grip. Dried herbs and a mineral note sit underneath. Lively acidity keeps it crisp.
