It is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt pours a slightly hazy pale gold, opening with green apple, grapefruit, and white pepper. On the palate, the light-to-medium-bodied frame balances crisp fruit with a gentle, textured grip. A salty, chalky note sits underneath. Bright acidity keeps it zesty and alive.
